At 40,000 Hearts, our mission is to support children and families affected by pediatric heart conditions. We work to create heart-happy moments and provide essential resources that bring comfort, joy, and hope during challenging times.
Founded by Sophia Nemeth, 40,000 Hearts was inspired by the 40,000 children born each year in the United States with a congenital heart defect. Sophia, who has a congenital heart defect herself, is passionate about giving back and finding meaningful ways to help others facing similar challenges.
